30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and documentation, such as your order confirmation or packing slip.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@olive-rae.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return address and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Kindly provide the following details to assist us in processing your request efficiently:

- Name on the order
- Delivery address
After your return has been approved, you can send your item back to us by post (as specified in our return method). Please include a note explaining the reason for your return along with your order details.
For your protection, we require that you use a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during transit. Returns sent without tracking that are lost may not qualify for a refund.
Return Shipping
- The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund Process

Exchanges
